The e-commerce platform suffered from poor navigation, low discoverability of products, and a lack of responsiveness across different devices. Moreover, determining where to start and what to prioritize in the redesign process posed a significant hurdle.

The primary questions were: What key actions did users need to accomplish, what metrics should we aim to improve, and what could be realistically achieved within the given time and resources?
